RS Pura, June 14 : One day conference of ASHA Workers Union Sub-center Maralian Medical Block R S Pura was held at Miran Sahib under the chairmanship of Sunita Baghat General Secretary of the Union.
Addressing the gathering Sham Prasad Kesar senior leader of the CITU demanded that assured incentive of ASHA workers along with arrears w.e.f April 2014 be released in the favour of ASHA workers and ASHA workers be deputed for training on the basis of strict seniority. ASHA workers be covered under Aam aadmi Bima Yojna, Issue Icards, timely payment of all other incentives, two uniforms in a year, washing allowance, paid minimum wages till regularized as permanent employees and all benefits which are due to BPL families.
Later, the 9 members Zone committee were elected such as Sudesh Kumari as President, Santosh Kumari as Secretary, Rosy Maralian as Cashier, Surishta, Darshna Devi, Kamlesh Kumari, Shkuntla Devi and Santosh Kumari. |
