Consumer Forum summons Snapdeal for fleecing customers 6/14/2015 11:58:42 PM Early Times Report Jammu, June 14: The court of the District Consumer Forum Jammu has summoned online service provider 'Snapdeal' for fleecing the customers. According the courts the complaint arises out of the defective services and unfair trade practices adopted by Snapdeal while delivering an i-phone 4s. The complainant made an advance payment for the product through credit to online service provider Snapdeal. "After receiving the payment, delivered the product to the complainant on the address given but unfortunately the complainant received two stones in the box which was sealed and stamped by the company", the copy of summoned read, and further added, "The complainant today filed a complaint against the company, for the fraud being played by them and court after hearing advocate Priyanshu Sharma appearing on behalf of complainant issued notice to snapdeal through its CEO to appear before the court through their counsel on the next date of hearing fixed on 28-7-15."   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
