self for the welfare of the people as per tenets of Islam to improve the future of the younger generation and fight against social evils and terrorism, but despite he preferred to work among the people to make their future better with the recipe of politics, therefore he has raised his head, and raises just like bubble after every short duration by claiming himself as a leader of miniscule minority of Kashmiri Muslims under new strategy hatched at the behest of Pakistan to fulfill its dream to snatch the State. In that dream he desired to establish his domain with his Sultanate at the cost of Indian sovereignty with the support of terror Pakistan and other Sunni Muslim countries of Middle East. MIrwaiz should know that Pakistan is a sinking ship and is known a liquidator politically as well as a rogue country in the world. It has no reputation internationally. It is that country which ruined already Afghanistan in all angles. It first nursed and nurtured Taliban and installed their Government and later on after hob-nabbing with U S ruling leadership it pulled down its Government on the plea war against terrorism. It deceived Taliban. Mirwaiz projected himself in the Muslim world, especially toothless Organization of Islamic Conference that poked its nose in the domestic affairs of sovereign India. Whenever it raised its voice against India on the so called atrocities in the State on his briefing, but in return India rebuffed its assertion based on flimsy grounds. That organization has no knowledge about the facts of events of the history and simply it uttered nonsensically on the back ground of proximity of religion. So much so, it could have done nothing for kurds community to get recognized its identity as a nation in the world by carving out dreaming home land for these people who has been living with the nationals of Iraq, Iran and Turkey since time immemorial. Thus that NGO can never be affective to yield any results for them according to their dreaming aspirations. No country of the world would view likewise demand of its community at the cost of its sovereignty. New emerging Kashmiri Muslim leadership at the behest of Pakistan, which under strategy desires to serve its political interest on its cost, in case creates unrest and uses the weapon of violence for its so called aspirations , in that vent consequences would be serious. Mirwaiz is a Pak-proxy who propagates Pak-agenda in the State, especially in the valley on flimsy grounds for Pak- misleading stand to misguide the innocent people, creates unrest and destability for chaos and anarchy and chants sermon to the assembly in mosque on often Fry day and afterwards inflammatory speeches are delivered against India to incite them for violence, injured and killed the security forces by stone pelting and in the last the Government and forces are defamed internationally for the blame of human rights violations to serve his political ends. In that lawlessness, exciting situation tourists remain reluctant to visit valley resulting in people suffer heavy loss economically, which is not taken in view by these leaders for their political interest to establish its Sultanate for Nizam-e-Mustafa with the help of Pakistan. In that future illustrious dream, he conspired to dilute the main issue by asserting of "Kashmir was a political issue and liable to be solved politically. It means to recognize a separate identity by carving out some space for him out of Indian sovereignty, on what ground India go ahead to disintegrate itself by reducing the status of its nation. Under the pretext of aspirations of the communities of its nation where disintegrable limit ends, it would be applied one after other continuously, and in the last there would be no nation and India would be invisible. Whether Pakistan would apply the same aspiration for Baluchistan, Kilat and for other people of the State, The consequences should be kept in view on national level before raising any ambiguous disintegrable demand at the cost of sovereignty. The Indian people have full right to raise any demand within the Constitution of India, and should raise their voice accordingly. In fact Mirwaiz headed Hurriyat Pak-lobby working in the valley is dummy and dances Pak-tune. It took disadvantage of Indian liberal democracy and lost the sense of responsibility. Therefore he started seditious propaganda against India by blaming baseless charges to defame it internationally as a spokes-Pak person. India would not allow him for his further future unbridles anti-national activities.
Mirwaiz advocated in the same vain for his participation as a basic party in two nation future meeting between India and Pakistan to be held on Kashmir dialogue, which proposal was rejected by India and expressed readiness to resolve the so called Kashmir issue bilaterally with Pakistan. He further argued that if was not a border or regicidal dispute, but it was relating to the future of the Kashmiri people which needed to resolve on humanitarian grounds and told assertively with absurd remarks of no solution without representation that the people of Kashmir had not allowed the privilege to India and Pakistan to decide their future, which challenged by him in the God-House-mosque at Jama masjid after the meeting with Pak-High Commissioner to India, New Delhi, appeared in media, dated 28th March 2015. Apart from it, he excitingly reiterated as per imbibing briefing of Pak-High Commissioner to India that Kashmir was an issue of political nature , which would be decided by the wishes of the people of , appeared in media, dated 25th April 2015. Mirwaiz should first know the status of Kashmir case, contested by these two countries i.e. India and Pakistan, which was dismissed against Pakistan. It is also well known to the world, that the His Highness Government, Jammu & Kashmir State and the Government of India, had processed the accession issue well within the stipulated procedure as laid down by the British Government, wherein the Rulers of the British States were declared full competent to merge their states with any dominion according to their choice and the reference of their subjects was not appeared neither in Indian Independence Act 0f 1947, nor in the Proclamation of Viceroy Lord Mountbatten announced in June 1947 in the Chamber of Princes of British Indian States and nor Cabinet Mission Memorandum of 1946, as such the decision taken by the His Highness Government was correct in Toto.Keeping in view of the British Government declaration to empower the Rulers of their States to merge their States either this or that dominion according to their choice was endorsed by All India Muslim League President M A Jinnah with Fatwa (Verdict), for the Muslims of British Indian State to abide by the decision issued by the British Government with letter and spirit before the 15-days of the partition of British India, bur after six decades some hundred Kashmiri Muslims only, out of 150-million Muslims of India, started to raise after thought irrelevant objection by disregarding Fatwa on the behest of Pakistan on its political allurement to establish their domain at the cost of Indian sovereignty. .Therefore leaving aside of the central subject of the Issue for which Pakistan has been exerting its efforts to resolve the pending issue bilaterally, Mirwaiz has started after thought issues to Inter mingle with core issue to make the situation complicated, which would never be solved. He desired for the participation in two-nation future meeting over Kashmir to resolve the issue without any status. His anti-national propaganda with support of Pakistan on the land of India which is embarrassing and humiliating for the nation of great India should be stopped at once. These anti-national elements deserve no mercy.When Pakistan was contesting the Kashmir case in U N Security Council, at that time why he remained reluctant to raise the issue. Why he had not rebutted the U N admitting the Indian sovereignty over the Jammu & Kashmir and why he remained mum when Pakistan admitted committing of aggression over the State at the time of contesting the case, why he ignored when Pakistan spurned away the plebiscite for the State, and on what ground he kept silence at the time of Simla agreement and Lahore declaration. Now under Pak- intrigue he raised his bubbling head for the participation in two nation meeting without any status, soon after he asserted that as principal party and afterwards as a basic party, and some time he raised his voice to grant right for self determination. On the whole he exerted his efforts to the maximum extent to twist the issue by diluting other offshoots, which all were useless. In fact Pakistan has no locus standi to talk over it. Pak-lobbyist Mirwaiz should analyze his competency about his political status in the nation of great India, where he opted to stay in India for which he cannot change his citizenship status. He should further know that Kashmiri Muslims are one of the very small invisible components of the nation; he enjoys quotas, reservations and other citizen rights as well as special status to the maximum extent more than the neighbors, there are nothing more than the present rights, which are being enjoyed by them. He should further know that Pakistan is an aggressor country and violator of Stand Still agreement, committed violence, Spilled River of lakhs of human blood, sexual assaults, and encroached upon some parts of the Indian State, which is to be surrendered. He should apply his mind to ask Pakistan to look also chalk out the mode of surrendering the territory in question and shun terrorism to restore peace and harmony to develop the State |
