Army organizes Coaching Cadre 7/11/2015 11:32:26 PM Early Times Report Udhampur, July 11 : A Coaching Cadre for students was organized by Signal Regiment under the aegis of Force Headquarter based at Reasi. In an emphatic response 163 students appeared for the screening, out of which 35 students including 16 girls were shortlisted and are being imparted coaching by a selected team of Officers for entry to NDA/OTA, which are the premier training institutions for cadets joining the armed forces. The aim of the coaching cadre is to train the students for various facets of the entrance exam, and generate interest amongst the students to join the armed forces in the officer cadre through the various entry schemes. In an interaction with the students Army officials said that this is a golden opportunity for the students to join the armed forces, which is being held for the first time in the district and they should take advantage of the professional knowledge and experience of the officers.
