Jammu, July 11: The ongoing 6- day long Orientation Training Programme for Principals and Headmasters of Udhampur district on "Educational Management and Financial Management" organised by Planning and Management State Institute of Education (SIE) Jammu concluded here today.
The training programme was commenced on July 6 with an objective to equip the Head of Institutions with managerial professional and administrative skills and to deal effectively with typical financial issues and a total 47 Head of the institutions out of target of 50 participated in this training programme.
On the valedictory function held on Saturday, H R Pakhroo, Principal J D (Trgs) was the chief guest, who interacted with the Principal and Headmasters and instructed them to update their knowledge and to be cautions, vibrant, transparent in discharging their duties at their respective institutions in effective manner.
During the training session the external resource persons were Ajay Kumar Gupta, Chief Accounts Officer, DSE Jammu, M L Sharma Ex-Sr Accounts Officers AG Office, Monika Bhandhari, Sonika Sharma and Nidhi Gupta AOs of Zonal Northern Accountancy Institute, J L Bhat Ex- FA/CAO J&K. The resource persons spoke on important Issues viz. Pay Fixation, Pension Cases, Leave Rules, CSR, Guidelines of Purchasing, Income Tax Rules, Audit Paras, CCA Rules etc while internal resource persons included S K Raina, Field Advisor, Suresh Kumar Gouria RO Associate Coordinator of the programme.
Concluding the occasion Saroop Kumar Raina (Senior Field Advisor) and Chief Co-ordinator of the training programme presented bvote of thank to the special invitees and participants.
Meanwhile official spokesperson also added that the logistic support was provided by Alka Sharma, Tapasaya Sharma, Parvaiz Bhat, Imran Bhukhari as ROs and other prominent present included Shadi Lal, Sarita Anand, Kulwant Kour & Nath Ram Field Advisors; Kulbir Singh, K K Badyal, Principals and faculty of SIE etc. |
