Jammu, July 11: Principal of Government Polytechnic College Jammu (GPCJ), Er Ritu Jamwal today congratulated National Medal Fencer Vansh Mahajan, student of Civil Engineering who has gone to participate in Junior Cadet Commonwealth Fencing Championship to be held from 11th to 17th of this month at Cape Town, South Africa. According to press release, Jamwal said that Fencer Vansh Mahajan would representing India, who has been belong to our State, a discipline student and budding star of Fencing game of Government Polytechnic Jammu has been selected on his brilliant performance during the 11th Cadet National Fencing Championship wherein he got 3rd position. Fencer Vansh is studying in Civil Engineering in Govt. Polytechnic Jammu and the long hours and the hardwork required to sustain his studies while training, competing locally and travelling to National and International completions, have paid off. All in all, it has been a very exciting year 2015 for him but the greatest honour is to represent Country being a student of Civil Engineer of Govt. Polytechnic Jammu. Besides others who were congratulated includes Er K.S. Bhatia, Sports Secretary, Er. Inderjeet Singh, Er. Manjeet Singh, Joginder Sharma, and other staff member and they hope to bring laurel for the India and particular for our State. |
