Youth duped of lakhs for jobs in railways | Court directs CB SSP to lodge FIR against rly employee at DRM Kharagpur, 2 others | | Early Times Report
Jammu, July 11: Three persons including a railway employee at DRM Kharagpur, West Bengal, have allegedly duped some youth of lakhs of rupees for jobs of Ticket Checkers (TCs). The youth finally moved the court which directed SSP of Crime Branch (CB) to register a case against the alleged accused after conducting investigation under section 156 (3) of CrPC. The alleged accused have been identified as Vishal Maski, son of Babu Ram Maski of Trikuta Nagar,Vikas Kashyap, son of Kamal Kishore of Sarore, Bari Brahmana, and Jan Bai, Railway Employee, DRM Office, Kharagpur, West Bengal. The complainant namely Imran Khan, son of Furqan Ahmed of Mirjapur Bela, Bijnor, UP (at present Channi Kamala, Jammu) in his complaint has alleged that the accused who were acquaintance of his father told them that they could manage a job in railways for his son and for that he had to pay Rs 12 lakh. The demand was later conceded and accordingly the accused managed an appointment letter of T.C for his son. After getting the appointment letter, the youth reported to the DRM Kharagpur where he was imparted 90 days training as TC. In the due course of time, he met two other persons, who imposed themselves as an agent in railway department, namely Amit and Dharamvir Rathi. Amazingly, the aggrieved as a capacity of TC also did his job in different trains even in Delhi also. The aggrieved also withdrew salary from railway department for two months However, after some time, he realized that he was being duped by the gang of the three persons including two other agents of the railway department. He then moved the court which has directed CB SSP to lodge FIR against the accused under sections 420,467,468,471 of RPC after conducting investigation.
