Bovine smuggling bid foiled, 1 held 7/12/2015 12:13:28 AM BANIHAL, July 11: A bovine smuggling bid was foiled on Monday on Jammu Srinagar national highway near Ramban were 12 animals were rescued and one person was arrested. Police reports said that this bid was foiled on Monday morning when a tata mobile bearing registration number Jk02AM-1265 was intercepted by Police at a check post naka near Ramban .
