Manohar Lal criticizes Bali Bhagat on terminating jobs of ICDS helpers 7/15/2015 12:08:42 AM Early Times Report Jammu, July 14: Dr Manohar lal Sharma Senior Congress Leader , Former Minister and General Secretary PCC expressed deep anguish over the recent decisions of the Social Welfare Minister Bali Bhagat by terminating all helpers and workers working in ICDS without any valid reason. The poor ICDS helpers and workers agitated and protested continuously for more than three months afterwards approached to the High Court of J&K for justice. High Court of J&K issued stay order in this matter. Later on the order was taken back by social welfare minister without any inquiry of any further investigation. Now at this stage Dr Sharma asks a question what was the measure adapted by the social welfare minister to judge the previous appointments were fake and now how he comes to the conclusion that the appointments are right without any inquiry or verification. This is pertinent to mention here that the workers and helpers are coming from the weaker sections of society and less paid employees of the government, how they arrange the money to run the agitation and meet the expenses of Court , moreover who will stand responsible for all the miseries of the people.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
