Sr Police officer surprises all by issuing cop's transfer order It is like shooting out of cannon into sparrows 7/15/2015 12:37:26 AM Early Times Report JAMMU, July 14: On the request of a "senior" police officer, another senior officer of the department has ordered the transfer of a police cop from Kashmir to Jammu only because a middle-rung officer wanted him to be his PSO. The cop is attached with the middle-rung officer as his PSO for the past many years. He was withdrawn from him and transferred to Srinagar following the his tiff with a Kashmir-based senior police officer. When the middle-rung officer found it difficult to retain him on his own, he took the assistance of the senior police officer, according to police sources. "The middle-rung officer is at present posted in the office of the senior police officer," sources informed. After the senior police officer took up the matter with his senior, the cop was again posted with the middle-rung officer as his PSO. "This is like applying too drastic measures to small issues," the sources added.
