Sarpanch shot at, wounded by gunmen in south Kashmir 7/15/2015 12:09:58 AM Early Times Report Srinagar, July 14: Unidentified gunmen today shot at and critically wounded a sarpanch in south Kashmir district of Shopian, official sources said here. They said Mohammad Yaqoob Malla, sarpanch of village Pahalpora was shot at from a close range by gunmen. The injured was immediately rushed to local hospital from where he was referred to Srinagar in a critical condition.
