Batote, July 14: An Iftar party was hosted by the DIG, Doda, Kishtwar, Ramban Range, Nissar Ahmed at Tourist Bungalow (Hotel Maple) here last night.
In absence of DIG, Nisar ; SSP, Ramban, Randeep Kumar welcomed the hosts which prominently included Commandant,42 Bn, SSB, Rajesh Ticku, Deputy Commandant 84 Bn CRPF, Surinder Singh Rana ,SP,CID Batote, Master Popsy, DSP(Headquarter),M. Rafiq Choudhary, Naib-Tehsildar, Saifullah Shah, District President Congress (Women wing),Narinder Kour, State Youth Congress Vice President, Rashid Malik, NC Block President, Anayatullah Salaria,NC leaders, Arif Mir,Abid Magray and Rajneesh Gupta,PDP leaders,Sheikh Muti-ur-Rasool Amin and Nazir Ahmed Mir and Nazir Ahmed other prominent civilians including local mediamen and Sarpanches .
The Iftar party was managed and arranged by SHO, Batote, Inspector,Arun Kotwal. While interacting with the hosts SSP, Randeep lauded the peaceful coexistence and cooperative attitude of the Batote citizens.
Expressing his satisfaction over the lesser crime in Batote and its surrounding area he sought the cooperation of local and media men in reducing the crime totally. During the interaction the locals brought some of their personal and social problems to the notice of SSP, Randeep. |
