Seminar on drug abuse organized 7/15/2015 1:06:01 AM Early Times Report Jammu, July 14: Umeed NGO organized a seminar on drug abuse at Grauer and Weil industry ltd. SIDCO phase 2 Samba. Seminar highlighted the abuses of drugs and how to avoid it. Dr Sourab Katoch and SI Jasvinder Choudhary was special guest who addressed people about drugs and their bad effects in life. They also appealed the people to educated each and every person about Drug and make their life drug free. This seminar was organized by NGO with the help of J.P. Singh (Plant head), J.P.
