Narcotics smuggler held alongwith 4 kgs of Bukki 8/8/2015 11:00:48 PM Early Times Report Udhampur, Aug 8: Police today arrested one narcotics smuggler and recovered 04 Kgs of poppy straw (Bhukki) duringa naka checking at near Roundomail besides seizing Maruti Car used in crime. "The accused has been identified as Rakesh Kumar @ Rinku of W- 16 Salian Talab Udhampur, police said. According to the police on reliable information, Police party intercepted a Maruti Car bearing Regd No JK02AD-5870." "During thorough search of the Car, police team recovered 04 Kgs of poppy straw (Bhuki) from the car and arrested the above said accused on the spot for transporting poppy straw from Ramnagar to Udhampur and also vehicle seized.
