| China is an expansionist country. It would twist any argument or spurn away any commitment and understanding at any time keeping in view of its expansive interest at the cost of others, which is basic principle of its deceptive policy. It desires to establish its hegemony throughout the world. It enters in to any agreement with the country concerned according to its terms and conditions as per its dictation, and later on, it defies vide its policy referred to above. The world knows that Mac Mohan Line was demarcated with the seal of British, India, Tibet and China. Later on, after the partition of British India, the British Crown transferred Tibet sovereignty whatever it had, to India. Meanwhile, when India was passing through the upheaval of partition crisis, the China changed its view on the settled bordering issue and declined to regard the spirit of that Mac Mohan demarcating line. At that time when the issue was being discussed in the meeting headed by British Crown representative held at Simla in 1914, China did neither express its dissentient view on the issue nor clarify the reason for the change of its outlook, which was being expected from it. However, it is bound in all manners to abide by that agreement sealed by it. In case it evades by producing any lacuna, even then it bounds legally to accept the decision taken in the meeting due to its presence in the meeting. Keeping in view of its expansiveness desire at the cost of others, it as a dictator of South Asia transgressed international border whimsically by using its muscle power and entered in to sovereign Indian country and committed bloodshed diabolically, encroached upon in dare-devil manner Aksai Chin territory of Indian State of Jammu & Kashmir within the spur of moment.
It is ironical that one side China accepts that Mac Mohan Line up to Myanmar and the same demarcating line is not accepted for India without logic and argument on the basis of dictatorial power, but it would have to review. The issue is lying pending and is hoped its sense of responsibility would recover to settle it. However, in the back ground of non-violence India would avoid to commit bloodshed and exert efforts with the support of international community to get it surrendered peacefully. The big powers of the world should alert to take serious view on the impending future danger due to the China's aggressive designs to divide Asia in to two parts. It is being to establish its un-interrupted movements in Indo-east maritime zone and is busy for exerting its influence for its hegemony in that zone. Apart from it, by snooping to find an opportunity to intrude in status quo of Pak- illegal occupied Indian State territory at the price of allurements on all issues for its protection, it entered in to agreements with uncrowned sovereign powerless and unauthorized Pakistan on the issue of Karakoram highway and Shaqsgam valley and announcing an investment of 46-billion dollars for development of infrastructure for trains, highways, nuclear military equipment, ports construction, Pak-China Economic corridor leading to Xinjiang, Tibet and controversial Gawdar port for jumping to Middle East countries at the cast of Indian sovereignty. It exported sophisticated arms and submarines to enrich it for warfare to stand Pakistan as China proxy against India under its strategical purpose, which would be serious to develop for further mutual diplomatic relations.
To corner India keeping in view of its suspected obstacles for smooth running of its dreaming self-styled self-rule for unbridle movement under the shadow of gay Pakistan for which China is being empowered it with nuclear technology and well equipped with nuclear warheads-ballistic missiles etc., in defiance of nuclear Suppliers Group guidelines, to stand like a monolith against proxy for China in lieu of it to protect its territorial integrity by supplying oxygen for its existence and economic developments for that the Chinese President Jin Ping announced on 20th April 2015 to grant a package of 46-billion dollars for the development of infrastructure for Pak- China Economic Corridor, which India had objected its core concern particularly those pertaining to territorial sovereignty and the fragile security environment. The construction of Economic Corridor by intruding in the Indian State territory of status quo where neither Pakistan nor China has sovereign rights which would be unwarranted as well as unauthorized misadventure. In the absence of legal title of the region in question, it is not possible for them to go ahead for any construction proposal. Now, it is up to China to review its future programme keeping in view of the concern of India. China despite to develop diplomatic relations, it increases India's worry and plans to construct multiple dams on Brahmaputra river and its impact on eastern region of India such as in Assam and other eastern states without consideration its neighbor problem which is an oppressive even today. The China is under sense of responsibility would review over its negative thinking to develop the mutual sweet relations. Similarly, at the pasture of Chamoli, Uttrakhand State of India, the herds of cows and buffaloes and flock of sheep and goats of nomadic shepherds were grazing as usual, suddenly Chinese troops entered into Indian side pasture during June 15, and thrown away to down side and their ration was destroyed inhumanly. The aggressive attitude and frequent confrontation on every issue and during racy should not be harmed the neighbor relations.
Apart from it, one more other serious confronting problem of Sinkiang militants is laying which would swallow China. It knows already that it had warned to Pakistan with aggressive attitude to stop its support immediately to Sinkiang anti-national terrorists. It further admonished to Pakistan to afresh its memory for unconditional support on Kashmir issue which would affect in case it had not been stopped to support its terrorist's subversive activities to disintegrate its nation by committing bloodshed and generating anarchy. China further castigated to Pakistan that due to its violent terrorism to disintegrate its nation, it had disturbed and embarrassed. In consequence of that unfortunate development it would call for international support to protect from its Pak-supported terrorists who supported agitation started by Uighur ethnic group in Xinjiang in its country. China think-tank disclosed about Pak-role to create disturbance and provoke for violence against China Government for supporting their agitation, besides the Institute of Central Asia raised its finger at Pakistan as the source of violence. In the light of these spreading problems mentioned above China as a whole opened flood gate for confrontation and conflict under expansionist policy in the region of South Asia, instead of developing peace, harmony and tranquility. |
