GPJ conducts short term course 9/18/2015 9:38:18 PM Early times Report Jammu, Sep 18 : A one week short term course on 'Concrete Technology - New Trends' was organized at Government Polytechnic Jammu in collaboration with National Institute of Technical Teachers Training and Research (NITTTR), Chandigarh in which faculty from Civil Engg. and Architecture Engg. Department of Government and Private Polytechnics from Jammu divisions participated in the programme. The Principal of the College Er. Ritu Jamwal, welcomed the participating faculty members of various institutions of Technical Education of Jammu region. The Co-ordinator of the programme from NITTTR Chandigarh were Professor Er. Hemant Sood and Jasvir Singh Rattan, Sr. Technician. Expert lectures were delivered by Er. Gurbachan Singh, Ex-Principal and Er. V.K. Dogra, Assistant Professor from SMVDU. During the programme the field visit was organised and the faculty visited the Pre Mixing Plant of ERA at Bhagwati Nagar, Jammu. Others who were present on the occasion were Er. I.J Singh, Er.
