Jammu, Sept 18: In order to conduct capacitance and Tan delta testing of bushing and windings of power transformers (220/132 KV) along with rectification of hot spots and preventive maintenance by way of tightening and repair/replacement of worn out jumpers, droppers and clamps etc. of 220 KV and 132 KV bays, the shutdown of 320 MVA, 220/132/66 KV Grid Station Hiranagar including 220 KV Hiranagar-Gladni and Sarna-Hiranagar Transmission Lines along with 132 KV Hiranagar-Sewa-II D/C transmission line on 20-09-2015 from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM is allowed. During the shutdown period, the power supply to Kathua, Hiranagar, Samba, Bari Brahmana, Bishnah, Billawar, Mahanpur and adjoining areas including Industrial areas shall be affected. Meanwhile, in order to carry out the work of thickening of 11 KV BB-21 feeder, the shutdown of 33 KV New Kartholi line emanating from 2x50 MVA, 132/33 KV Grid Station BB-IInd on September 20, 2015 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM is allowed The areas to be affected during the shutdown period are Industrial area Bari Brahmana and EPIP, Kartholi. The shutdown shall be subject to fair weather condition. Meanwhile, In order to carry out the works of erection of PCC Poles for HVDS System in JDA-1 feeder by M/s IRCON under R-APDRP works, the 11 KV feeder JDA-1 emanating from 33/11 KVA R/Stn JDA shall remain under shut down on 19th September 2015 from 8 a.m. to 12 noon.
During the shutdown period, the parts of D/C Block, B/B Block, C-Extension, A-Block Gandhi Nagar and Balmiki Colony areas shall be affected.
Meanwhile, in order to carry out the works of laying of LT Arial Bunched Cable in Two No. Dt's (B. K. Sports & Co.) & (MES Enterprises) in G-5 feeder by M/s IRCON under R-APDRP works, the 11 KV feeder G-5 emanating from 33/11 KVA R/Stn Gangyal shall remain under shut down on 20th September 2015 from 8 a.m to 12 Noon and 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. respectively.
During the shutdown period, power supply to Gangyal Industry and its adjoining areas shall remain affected.
The shutdown is subjected to fair weather conditions. |
