`Beefy' session likely 9/18/2015 10:58:12 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Sept 18: Stage is set for a major showdown on the floor of the Assembly over the beef issue. The autumn session starts October 3. BJP legislator from Nowhsera, Ravinder Raina submitted a resolution to the secretary of the state legislature today demanding capital punishment for those found guilty of cow slaughter. Demanding capital punishment for people found guilty of cow slaughter, he urged the government to seal all shops selling beef.
