New-born girl found abandoned 9/19/2015 12:35:44 AM Early Times Report SRINAGAR, Sept 18: Within tall claims of 'Beti Bachao Beti Padhao' a new born baby girl today was found abandoned at Karan Bagh, Gardigarh. Police have registered a case in this regard Police sources said that some passersby noticed a newly born girl child along roadside and immediately informed police. "Accordingly, Police reached the spot and immediately shifted the baby SMGS Hospital Jammu for treatment and care, police sources said.
