PIC gets underway at Batote 9/24/2015 12:12:13 AM Early Times Report Ramban, Sept 23: Highlighting the various national flagship programmes being undertaken in the country, a three-day Public Information Campaign is in full swinging on 2nd day of campaign today. The programme was graced by Chief Guest Divisional Officer State Pollution Control Board Ramban Kuldeep Bhan and guest of honour Principal GHSS Batote Madan Lal. Speaking on the occasion as chief guest Kuldeep Bhan said that the Public Information Campaign is an exercise to inform the public on the various developmental programmes being taken up by the government. He said that information is the basic key to any development whether it may be infrastructural, social aspect or human resource development aspect and it is the right of every citizen to have the right and timely information. He also gave a brief account of various activities undertaken by their department in curbing the menace of pollution.
