Jammu, Oct 14: On the eve of successful completion of 10 years of RTI Act implementation in India, NHPC Ltd. celebrated RTI Week from Oct 5th to 12 in Corporate Office and projects across the country with an aim to spread awareness on RTI.
Prof. M.S. Acharyulu, Information Commissioner (CIC) delivered a lecture on this occasion and a handbook on RTI was also released. Besides, a quiz competition was also organised during the RTI Week. KM Singh, CMD, NHPC while distributing prizes to the winners in the closing ceremony on 12th October, 2015 advocated for more transparency, accountability and clarity in the work culture. RS Mina, Director (Personnel) congratulated employees for making RTI week a grand success by their active participation. |
