CMO suspends 4 employees for dereliction of duty, one attached

Mendhar, Nov 1: Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Poonch today suspended four employees deputed in Public Health Center Balakote, for their dereliction of duty. Moreover, Medical Officer Dr. Mohamamd Latifi was attached with Sub District Hospital Mendhar.
The suspended employees have been identified as Mohammad Hanief (Pharmacist), Nazir Hussain (nursing Orderly), Manzoor Hussain (Nursing Orderly) Shaiq Ul Bashir x-ray technician.
Four more employees were also fined by CMO Mumtaz Bhatti. These employees are Mohammad Ashraf (Pharmacist of ISM), Shamim Akhter (NO), Safaina Akhter and Rubina Sultana. All the employees were suspended and fined as a report was lodged before CMO by people, that the PHC Balakote was closed during late night hours, when a child was brought to the PHC. The close of PHC had forced the parents to shift the child to Sub District hospital Rajouri.
