Trade Union to take out rally on Nov 17 11/6/2015 11:56:32 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Nov 6: Trade Union leader, state president J&K National Trade Union Front Mohammad Gafoor Dar announced to hold massive protest / demonstration on November 17 in front of Divisional Commissioner's Office Panama Chowk, Jammu against anti-working class policies of State Coalition Government. He alleged that government has miserably failed to settle the burning issues of thousands of casual labours and need base workers including Anganwadi Workers and helpers who have been struggling under the banner of JKNTUF throughout State holding Dharnas, Rallies at Tehsil, District and provincial level urging upon the state Govt, to frame regularization policy for more than 60,000 casual labourers and withdrawal of termination order of workers and helpers of ICDS mission. But it is very unfortunate that the State Govt, despite of giving assurances has failed to come out with the regularization policy. Now the 7l Pay commission is due from January 2016 and the Central Govt, has merged 50% DA into basic pay to their employees w.e.f.
