Early Times Report

Srinagar, Nov 6: Top BJP leaders who are camping in the Valley have ostensibly directed the heads of departments of Health, Education and Social welfare to issue orders to non gazetted employees including Asha and Anganwadi workers to be part of Public rally of Prime Minister on November 7."Staff of NGO's, some Schools were also directed to send Children along with teaching and non teaching staff to perform some cultural. Programmes, besides SPO's in civil dress code will also be part of crowd," sources said.
Around 8,000 to 10,000 people according to sources have also been called from Jammu, Doda and Kishtwar areas to be part of crowd in public rally of Prime Minister in dress code similar to that of common masses of Kashmir.
Sources said that state unit of BJP always give wrong impression to BJP High command at Delhi about having gained enough Public support in Kashmir division to fetch crores of rupees for functioning of party affairs in the state.
BJP leaders according to sources sidelined Kashmir unit of BJP in organizing Public rally as from talking to media persons to approaching concerned departments for managing crowd for the rally they did everything themselves.
Pertinently state BJP claims to have completed membership of around 3 lakh people in Kashmir division alone, however its leaders are yet to organize a public rally on its own in any part of Kashmir after it entered coalition with PDP in state government.
Except one, all BJP leaders who contested assembly elections from Kashmir division held last year had to lost their security deposit of Rupees ten Thousand each before the election commission of India for their poor performance in elections.
Meanwhile Opposition National Conference leader Omar Abdullah today alleged that security of his "colleagues" has been reduced as the state government has directed police personnel and others to attend Prime Minister Narendra Modi's rally here tomorrow to muster the numbers.
He also said that the state government was using the official machinery for tomorrow's rally, which was "shameless" and added that "Colleagues tell me that their JK police guard has been drastically scaled down and the personnel ordered to participate in the 7th Nov rally of the Prime Minister." "Similar instructions given to SPOs, Anganwari workers & daily wagers to make up the numbers for PM's rally because PDP workers reluctant. "Omar wrote on tweeter.
"Just saw State Govt employees in an Ambulance tying up banners welcoming the PM on behalf of the state Health Minister, shameless." he added.
