JAMMU, Nov 6: Various categories of people in the State are pinning high hopes in Prime Minister, Narendra Modi who is visiting the State tomorrow and holding public rallies at Sher-e-Kashmir Stadium Srinagar and at Bhaglihar in Ramban after inauguration of the 450 mw Phase Second of the project.
The Prime Minister who will also announce over Rs 90,000 economic package for the State for boosting its economy and accelerating the process of development will also address joint rallies of BJP-PDP and Peoples Conference in Kashmir. And highlight policies and programmes of NDA Government.

However the militancy victims of the State especially Kashmiri migrants, border firing victims, PoJK refugees and West Pak refugees also have high expectations from PM and they eagerly wait for the package.
The Kashmiri Migrants waiting for rehabilitation for over last 26 years are optimistic that Modi will unfold the rehabilitation scheme in the Valley for over four lakh displaced Pandits.
They also hope that PM will announce the package and rehabilitation of the hapless Pandits leading an exiled life for over last 26 years as per their aspirations.
The time will only tell whether Modi will take a bold decision and step in announcing the rehabilitation of Kashmiri migrants as per their aspirations or not.
