Valley responding favourably to Modi's visit | | | Early Times Report Jammu, Nov 6: To oversee the final arrangements done to host Prime Minister Narinder Modi in Valley tomorrow , a BJP contingent of state president and MP, Jugal Kishore Sharma, organizing secretary Ashok Koul and J&K state incharge and MP Avinash Rai Khanna and Daljit Singh Chib VC Kissan Advisory Board and MLC Ramesh Arora took emergent meet to finalise the modalities. We are in Kashmir since the last four to five days and are overseeing the preparations for the rally. This time we are seeing that even as there is excitement among the party workers, common people are also excited to see and listen to Modi, said MP and state incharge Avinash Rai Khanna. He also expressed great satisfaction over the events shaping in valley which said fast turning towards betterment with valley people showing great concern to listen and PM addressing them. "The stadium has been prepared well to host the rally. People from all corners of the Valley will come to see and listen to the Prime Minister and this will send a message that the situation will become more peaceful in the coming days and we will move forward in a good atmosphere," BJP state president Jugal Kishore said. "The Prime Minister is coming here with a message for the youth and we must ensure his public rally is a grand success", Jugal Kishore Sharma Member Parliament said while chairing a meeting of party workers in Kashmir. "We have to ensure that his message of peace, prosperity and development reaches everywhere," he said. Ashok Koul said that since the onset of BJP-PDP governance in state, the people of valley are responding favorably to all developmental activities and the day is not far off when the people here will rise to greater heights in all fields. The BJP team reviewed the arrangements for Modi's public rally at Sher-e-Kashmir cricket stadium in Srinagar on November 7, which is his first public appearance in the valley after the PDP-BJP alliance government took over in the state on March 1. |
