JKBOSE rated among four top boards out of 24 boards of India | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Dec 3: The Chairman J&K Board of School Education Jammu today boastfully claimed that J&K Bose has been rated among the four top boards out of 24 boards of the country for maintaining data and record in perfect order provided to the CBSE for the smooth conducting of competitive examinations for admission to various professional courses/ degrees like JEEs, AEEs etc. "It shows that performance of J&K board is a remarkable and the future of the student community is in safe hands, he said. Meantime denying the reports appeared in certain media section about scarcity of books, he claimed that the academic books are available in the store of the BOSE and there is no scarcity of books as related by a section of media. Flanked with Prof Veena Pandita Secretary Board, Dr Farooq Ahmad Peer, Joint Secretary Admn Jammu Division and Director Academics Ms Kaneez Fatima, the Chairman of J and K Board of School Education Jammu, Prof Zahoor Ahmad Chatt today maintained that a sufficient number of books are available in the store of the BOSE and there is no scarcity of books as related by a section of media. Chairman BOSE said, "Sometimes it becomes difficult to send the books to far off places which are out of bound due to inclement weather and bad road connectivity etc. Referring to printing of question papers, he said that sometimes wrong options are inadvertently printed in the question papers. "There is variety of reason responsible for such typographical/printing mistakes though every effort is made to make foolproof arrangements in printing of question papers leaving no room for any mistake, he said. "Still as to err is human, he said and assured, "BOSE on its part has tried its best to reduce its mistake to zero level." |
