Jammu, Dec 5: R S Billowaria State General Secretary and chief spokesman said in a statement that State President Thakur Randhir singh has been invited by the NCP high command to attend Diamond Jubilee birthday celebrations of national leader and National President NCP Sharad Pawar at New Delhi on 10th December 2015 at Vigyan Bhavan New Delhi . Bilowaria said that the state NCP will celebrate Sharad Pawar's birthday in Jammu and Kashmir on 12th Dec, 2015 and instructions stand issued to all branches of state NCP adding further that Thakur Randhir Singh is the founder member of NCP and close associate of Sharad Pawar since 1964 when Sharad Pawar was President of Youth Congress. |
