JAMMU, Dec 5 : Rohit Sharma shall be playing against Momin Mehraj in the final of junior snooker event, on a later date, in the ongoing 23rd State Billiards and Snooker Championships, organised by J&K Billiards and Snooker Association at Billiards Hall, MA Stadium, here today.
Earlier, in the semifinal, played today, Rohit outplayed Athar Shafiq in straight frames of 77-39, 60-47, 66-46 while Rohit defeated Basit Wani 3-1 (18-32, 67-32, 59-25, 61-54).
Meanwhile, Kanav Manwah and Mandeep Singh have made it to the final of junior billiards event. In the semifinals, Kanav beat Samarth Amla 3-0 (52-10, 52-39, 51-36) and Mandeep trounced Furkan Wani 3-0 (50-38, 51-40, 51-28).
