NC observes birth anniversary 12/5/2015 11:17:39 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Dec 5: On the occasion of the birth Anniversary of Sheikh Abdullah, a massive peace rally led by Rahul Mahajan,Joint Secretary and Ayub Malik Provincial Vice President was taken out by National Conference.
