JAMMU, Dec 9: General secretary of J&K Billiards and Snooker Association, Vishal Abrol, Nikhil Kapahi and Ishuk Choudhary today qualified for the pre-quarterfinals stages of the 23rd State Billiards and Snooker Championship underway at Billiards Hall, MA Stadium, here.
Vishal faced tough resistance before he made it a 3-2 win against Sharan Dev Singh while Nikhil defeated his opponent in Shakti Nayyar 3-1. However, Ishuk had an easy outing against Arjun winning the game 3-0. In another scheduled match of the day, Ishan Choudhary got walkover Sumesh Turki.
