Though the Custodian General vide office letter number 84/EPT/2010, recommended for accord of sanction for transfer of allotment in my favour, but the department has asked me to deposit Rs. 8,32,122. Failing which the department has threatened to evict from the said house, he said, adding that he was not in a condition to deposit any money as the treatment ad repeated surgeries have so far consumed all the resources. Reiterating further, Romesh Chander appealed before Custodian General and Custodian Jammu to waive off the premium of Rs. 832,122, sought by department, given his miserable economical condition disability.
