Cabinet meet likely on Dec 18

srinagar, Dec 9: The State Cabinet is likely to meet on December 18 at Civil Secretariat in Jammu affect some transfers in Police and Civil Departments.
The Cabinet is meeting under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed on December 18. "Besides clearing the routine administrative agenda Cabinet is likely to order transfers and postings in the police and civil administration," sources said.
They said that the transfers in police and civil administration were to be ordered during the last Cabinet meeting but agenda in this regard was deferred.
Sources added that transfers of the district Superintendents of Police (SPs) is agenda of the Cabinet while the Cabinet will also issue orders for appointment of new Director of Vigilance.
