NGO Third Eyes distributes 300 blankets 12/10/2015 12:06:00 AM Early Times Report Jammu, Dec 9: Third Eye an anti crime NGO today donated 300 blankets to people of Bishnah constituency through Believer's Church Bishnah. According to press release, the function was organized under the chairmanship of Sham lal Gupta. Whereas Inspector Kulbir Singh Choudhary as chief guest.
