Early Times Report Anantnag, Jan 12: In order to ensure regularity and punctuality in the government offices, Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM), Doru , Mohammad Asalam inspected different government offices at Doru area of south Kashmir's Anantnag district on Tuesday along with the team and sought explanations from those who were found absent in an unauthorized manner. During the inspection, SDM found 94 employees of different departments absent from duties without seeking prior permission from any authority besides also keeping some offices locked. According to official spokesperson, "SDM Doru checked 14 main offices in Doru including Municipal Committee Doru/Verinag where he found 16 employees absent, In TSWO/Social welfare Department 03 employees found absent, six employees found absent at SDAO/Agriculture, 55 employees were found absent at SDH Doru health department, 02 were found absent AEE R&B department, 02 were found absent at AEE flood control, and one was found absent at Teshildar Office Doru," "Meanwhile one employee was found absent at TSO CAPD, one employee was found absent at BVO /Animal Husbandry and two at Horticulture Department, official spokesperson said . Taking serious note of the matter, the SDM has sought explanations from all the absentees within two days and instructed all other employees to remain punctual. The people of the Doru appreciated this action of SDM Doru against the employees who were found absent during the working hours. |
