Parihar appointed working President of NPP Doda 1/12/2016 10:58:07 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Jan 12: Balwant Singh Mankotia State President JKNPP has appointed Parshotam Singh Parihar as a working President of Doda District who shall assist the District President Imtyaz Ahmad and shall remain in consultation with State Vice-President Mohammad Iqbal Choudhary residing in Bhaderwah in Doda Constituency. Parshotam Singh Parihar shall continue assisting as PRO /spokesman of the Provincial (Jammu) PTU under consultation with State President S.
