PSA slapped on notorious criminal 1/12/2016 11:55:24 PM Jammu, Jan 12: RS Pura Police today booked a notorious criminal under Public Safety Act (PSA) and the accused was shifted to Kot Bhalwal jail. Police identified the criminal as Manoj Kumar alias Moja son of Ashok Kumar of W-4 of RS Pura Police spokesperson said that the accused was arrested on November 23 of 2015 under FIR no 43 /15 under section 307 of RPC. Police further said that during investigation it came to fore that he was involved in ten different cases registered at different police stations.
