Jammu, Jan 16: A woman was killed and a youth received injuries when the auto in which they were traveling in turned turtle after its tyre got burst at Vijaypur here today.
Police sources said, "The deceased has been identified as Asha Rani of Village Kamala while injured has been identified as Sahil Jamwal of Samba.
As per reports, the incident took place at Gurwal Morh when the front tyre of an auto rikshaw got burst and it turned turtle. Sources said that the auto rikshaw on way to Vijaypur got turned turtle after its front tyre got burst resulting into the death of one passenger and injuries to another passenger. The injured presently is being hospitalized at District Hospital (DH) Samba.
