JAMMU, Jan 16: A 'Kahani Ghoshthi' was organized by Nami Dogri Sanstha Jammu which was presided by Manjeet Singh Kamra. During the Ghoshthi, Sham Talib read Urdu story 'Girte Ansoo', Shambu Ram Pyasa read Dogri story 'Pyas', Rakesh Sharma Tript read Dogri story 'Doli' and Manjeet Singh Kamra read story 'Farishtey' and on the demand of all those present he also sang a Ghazal.
Speaking on the occasion, Manjeet Singh Kamra appreciated and highlighted that writers of Jammu region have contributed a lot for the upliftment of language, literature and society through their writings. He hoped that such activities may also be held in future to interact and exchange thoughts in the form of stories and commended the role of Nami Dogri Sanstha and praised their efforts for the upliftment of art, culture and languages.
