JAMMU, Jan 16 : Securing highest 17 points, Government SPMR College of Commerce lifted the annual inter-college men's boxing championship trophy. The overall second place bagged by GGM Science College after the team representing the institution obtained 14 points. The title trophy was presented to Commerce College by Director Sports and Physical Education, University of Jammu, Prof Dhian Singh Bhau.
Earlier, the participating boxers from different affiliated colleges of JU took part in the day-long competition in various weight categories at J&K Police Stadium, Gulshan Ground, here. Jai Bharat Sharma was competition incharge.
