Congress Seva Dal constitutes body 2/19/2016 11:05:27 PM Early Times Report Mendhar, Feb 19: Congress leader, Imtiaz Ahmed Salaria was nominated District President of Congress Seva Dal at a function held under the chairmanship of J&K Congress Seva Dal Chairman, Balvinder Singh Samyal. On the occasion, several youth of NC, PDP and BJP also joined the frontal organization of the party. Samyal welcomed the new entrants and congratulated Salaria for his nomination as district president and urged him to work at the grassroots level to strengthen the congress party and spread its secular and democratic ideology. Secretary Congress Seva Dal, Parshant Sharma besides several new entrants and party workers were present at the function.
