YAC welcomes orthopaedic surgeon 2/19/2016 11:06:41 PM Early Times Report Bhaderwah, Feb 19: Youth Action Committee Bhaderwah today welcomed Dr Mohd Irfan Banday Orthopaedic Surgeon, who has been recently posted at Sub District Hospital Bhaderwah from Safdarjung Hospital. Committee members today organised a programme and while speaking, YAC President Naseer Mehboob Padder extended support to staff of SDH Bhaderwah and appealed to them to perform their duties with zeal, zest and enthusiasm.
