JAMMU, Feb 23 : The struggling District Football Association (DFA) Jammu has received much needed support from its parent body, Jammu and Kashmir Football Association (JKFA). The JKFA has assured DFA Jammu president, Kuldeep Singh of all help in defeating the saboteurs and other individuals working against the present elected body in the Winter Capital. To further strengthen the district body, the JKFA president, ZA Thakur has entrusted Kuleep Singh with more powers to act against the dissidents. "In view of lack of sports in Jammu due to some negative elements, I have been entrusted with more powers by the central body to act against those saboteurs," DFA Jammu president, Kuldeep Singh told . He informed that the JKFA has ensured that the DFA Jammu shall complete its full term of four years which otherwise expires in September next. "We have been able to clear the misunderstandings among members of the DFA Jammu, who have agreed to work collectively for the development of the game in important Jammu district. So, now, the DFA Jammu shall complete its full term," said JKFA president. |
