"The accused has been identified as Jamait Ali S/O Hanief Ali R/O Morah Pring Nullah Khara Madana Purmandal," police spokesperson said. Police said that a Police Team during investigations today arrested the main accused namely Jamait Ali s/o Hanief Ali r/o Morah Pring Nullah Khara Madana Purmandal from the Katwalta forest and solved the blind murder mystery." "One Kamal Singh @ Tata S/O Daya Ram R/O Khara Madana Purmandal, a social forestry employee was brought at GMC Jammu by the locals of the area in injured condition on February 17 where doctors declared him as brought dead, police said while giving details of the case. Police said, "Accordingly, a case under FIR No: 01/2016, 302 RPC was registered at Police Station Purmandal and investigations were initiated." "During investigation, number of suspects rounded up and during questioning the name of above mentioned arrested accused has surfaced, police said, adding, "number of raids were made by the teams constituted by SSP Samba and today the team headed by SHO P/S Purmandal remain successful in his arrest." |
