Plus 2 Lecturers pay tribute to Martyr Capt Tushar

Jammu, Feb 24: A condolence meet of the District Udhampur unit of All J& K Plus 2 Lecturers' Forum was held at Udhampur. The meet was convened to pay tributes to Captain Tushar Mahajan, the brave son of renowned teacher and administrator, Dev Raj Gupta, (Retd. Principal), who, along with the other elite Commandos including two Captains of Indian Army, attained martyrdom while fighting valiantly in a fierce battle with the militants at Pampore in Pulwama district of Kashmir on February 21.
The speakers paid rich tributes to the martyred soldiers, especially Tushar Mahajan, the son of the soil ,who made the supreme sacrifice of his life for his country and described him as a brave soldier having indomitable spirit and courage. They said that his sacrifice will be long remembered by the whole country which is proud of the brave heart for his sacrifice in the line of duty. The participants also observed silence for two minutes and prayed to God to grant eternal peace to the departed souls and give courage to the bereaved families, especially the parents and grandmother of Captain Tushar Mahajan to bear the irreparable loss.
