KISHTWAR, Mar 4: SDM, Thathri, Abdul Qayoom Mir, who is also Collector, Land Acquisition, today ordered immediate suspension of teacher Anil Kumar for creating hurdles in the construction of road by PMGSY from TKN 13 to Challar in Bhatoli area of Kahara, Doda. As per order No SDM/T/671-75 of March 3, 2016, the SDM stated that Anil Kumar, working as a teacher in Middle School, Bhatoli, has put obstruction and hampered the execution of road work.
He said AEE, PMGSY, along with contractor and other field agency, were on job when Anil instigated his relatives and obstructed the work.
"Instead of attending the school duties, he has hampered the work and also threatened to the executing agencies of dire consequences. Therefore keeping in view the above explained facts, Anil is hereby placed under suspension and directed to report in the office of Chief Education Officer, Doda," reads SDM's order. |
