Allah Duhai Hai is ration card holder, claims CAPD website 3/4/2016 11:45:21 PM Early Times Report Baramulla, Mar 4: The Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution (CAPD) department in this north Kashmir district has uploaded fictitious details of a non-existent ration card holder vide unique Ration Card number 00007318 on serial number 2659. The details have a funny touch to them as the name of Ration card holder is listed as "Allah Duhai Hai" (which happens to be a tacky line of a Bollywood movie song) and the card type is given as Non Priority Household (NPH). The name of the father of "Allah Duhai hai" is mentioned as "A Karle Piyaar Ve." Ironically, the details of the ration card are given on union government's PDS portal www.pdsportal.nic.in under PDS Beneficiaries Register. The string to check the fictitious entry online (if it is not removed) is: www.pdsportal.nic.in - Hover mouse over PDS Beneficiaries Register-click on Ration Card Details - Click on Jammu and Kashmir - Baramulla - Again Baramulla - Baramulla MCL - scroll down and select Page 2 - search Unique RC ID number 00007318 listed under serial number 2659. The most interesting thing in the card details is its address and names of family members. The house number is given as 420, land mark and locality is mentioned as "Mental Hospital" whereas village name is given as Baramulla (MCL). The family details are mentioned as 'Allah Duhai Hai' as head of family aged 120 years, 'ABA' aged 100 is mentioned as son of 'Allah Duhai hai' whereas 'JABA' and 'DABA' aged 100 are mentioned as daughters of 'Allah Duhai Hai'. Another member 'Aag aur Shola' aged 12 is listed as son of 'Allah Duhai Hai' and 'Shola Aur Gola' aged 20 is mentioned as daughter. The old ration card number is given as 0420. Officials have termed it as "work of some miscreant". Pertinently, inaccuracies in consumer data have lately been a matter of ridicule for CAPD department.
