jammu, Mar 4: 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Jammu, Kishore Kumar today rejected the bail application of an alleged rapist.
According to police case, the girl (16) was all alone in her house when their relative Kapoor Raj, son of Thoru Ram of Pura Chak, Mandal Phalayn, came there. When she gave him water, he forcibly took her inside the room and allegedly committed rape on her. However, when her sister came home, he fled.
The judge, after hearing the APP who strongly opposed the bail application of the accused, directed that keeping in view the nature and seriousness of the charge, the bail was rejected. (JNF) |
