JMC seizes one more building 3/5/2016 12:23:18 AM Early Times Report Jammu, Mar 4 : On the instruction of Municipal Commissioner, Mandeep Kaur, Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) on Friday seized one more building at 47 C/C Gandhi Nagar Jammu. According to press release, the campaign was organized under the supervision of R.S Jamwal , the Joint Commissioner (Adm). The communiqué of the organization has revealed that the coaching centre Chankaya IAS Academy has been opened in violation of set norms established by JMC and in violation of the land use of the area from residential to commercial one. The officials said illegal construction seriously effects the planned development of Jammu city and contravenes the zoning regulation and also the said commercial activity causes traffic problems in the vicinity much to the inconvenience of the neighbourers residing in the locality.
