DB grants three weeks time to file fresh status report PIL regarding relief to flood victims of Jammu Division 3/21/2016 11:00:27 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Mar 21: A high court division bench of Chief Justice N Paul Vasanthakumar and Justice Tashi Rabstan today granted a time of three weeks to the government to file a fresh status report on relief granted or proposed to be released in favour of flood victims under PM Relief Fund and PM Development Fund. The court directive came in a petition, highlighting the government inaction to deal with the situation caused by unprecedented floods in J&K, especially in Jammu region. After hearing the two sides, the bench granted three weeks' time to the government file fresh status report on relief granted or proposed to be released in favour of flood victims under PM Relief Fund and PM Development Fund after the release of funds by the prime minister.
